At Yami Dance Shoes, we want you to dance with total confidence and comfort. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are intact to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
